Jennifer first started doing yoga in 2000 after being a runner and Cyclist for over 20 years. She did her 200 hr. Yoga Teacher Training in 2003 as a Hatha Yoga Instructor. Her style is Power Vinayasa and has done numerous workshops and Teacher Trainings with the Top Yoga Teachers in the West. She just completed a Beautiful Mind Vinayasa Teacher Training with Tom Gillette at Kriplau. She accredits yoga to offer tools for mindfulness, grounding and all over body conditioning.
