Selena DeLeon is 34 years old and has been a certified Personal Trainer, Spinning, Step and Kickboxing Instructor, and seasoned Weight Loss Counsellor for 8 years. A pioneer in the industry, her dynamic blend of cardio and strength classes gives style to her original workouts. Known as Body by Selena, she has successfully run a collection of private boutique studios which have provided a personalized, exclusive and comprehensive product in Kingston. An active mother of two, she has a passion for fitness and health, languages, travel and anatomy. An avid writer, she writes a weekly fitness column in one of Jamaica’s major newspapers, The Jamaica Observer. Over the years, she has helped many persons find their full physical potential through sharing her knowledge, training and motivation.

STEP AND SCULPT FUSION
This class is a basic step class blended with light weights and bands. The first 15 minutes is a basic beginner’s step routine and the remainder of the class slows down a bit combining the resistance exercises with the step, all in time to a wicked mix of music to keep you moving and grooving. You will be having such a fluid fun time; you won’t even realize how hard you are working.
