	Biography Professional Profile Ms. Moulton is the President and CEO of Tuck Shop, LLC, a corporate well-being company focused on providing products and services to make the world a better place. She is the former CEO and co-founder of Universal Solutions, Inc. (USI), a multi-million dollar Information Technology consulting firm whose sole purpose was to help clients more effectively and efficiently run their businesses by optimizing the use of advanced technology. She ran the firm for over 22 years. Ms. Moulton began her career with Atlantic Richfield Corporation in Philadelphia in 1977 as a Staff Auditor in the area of Corporate Finance and Accounting. In 1979, she joined Sun Oil Company in Philadelphia where she was a senior financial analyst in the Corporate Finance division. After leaving Sun Oil Co., Moulton collaborated with members of her family in 1983 to establish USI. Two weeks after opening the doors, participation in their first computer trade show in Detroit landed their first million-dollar account with General Motors. Moulton's leadership and vision lead USI to be recognized as a significant industry leader.
Service and Recognition Moulton has served on the Board of numerous non-profit organizations and academic institutions, and has received many business awards, honors and media recognition. She was the former Chair of the Board of the American Foundation for the University of the West Indies. Moulton currently serves as Vice Chair of the Board of Directors for the Women’s Presidents Organization (WPO) an international organization for women business owners with average annual revenues exceeding $15 million. She was recently awarded the 2009 President’s Award for service to the organization. One of her proudest achievement was being an Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of The Year Finalist for three consecutive years in 1999, 2000 and 2001. She is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority and is an avid tennis player, golfer and skier. She considers her spirituality and her passion for the well being of children and family to be of utmost importance. She has three sisters, four nieces, two nephews, two grand-nephews and two grand-nieces. Moulton is currently working on several books; “How Big Business Can save the Lives of their People…a guide to Authentic Leadership,” and a series for kids, young adults and teens on “Self-Mastery…the path to a happy life.”

The notion is that finding peace is not easy, it's a life long journey. Since the "mass of men live lives of quiet desperation", we have to brave enough to confront our lives, discover who we are and master self. Tools such as meditation and yoga are essential to help with our transformation. Will share personal stories and incorporate the inherent confident nature of the West Indian which would make the journey of transformation much easier.
