REGGAELATES
Reggaelates is a fusion of exercises blending Classical Pilates, Yoga and Strength and Toning techniques from dance. It concentrates on core strength, spinal alignment and back flexibility with an overall cardiovascular component to get your heart rate up. Reggaelates is centred on positive vibes where the music is the source of motivation and energy. This class is more than a workout, it is an experience in wellness that will strengthen, lengthen and tone the whole body while you move to the various Reggae, Dancehall and Reggaeton beats.
